I think that blogs like:

are good and safe sites that are geared towards education. I like the idea that there are sites like these that are monitored for content. I also like the fact that people are taking objects, like blogging and how many times it can have inappropriate materials. , and turning them from a negative source into a positive source.

A Day in the Life of Web 2.0
I think that it is a good idea to eliminate the textbooks but I also think that it could cause some issues in the classroom. Haven’t we all dealt with computer glitches, could you imagine what would happen if this took place in your classroom to several students. I really am all for less textbooks, but I think that we need to know what we could be getting into first. I like the idea of adding more videos into a lesson, I am personally a visual learner and so are many other students.
